The API SPEC 5L standard regulates steel plates used for transporting gas, water, and oil in the energy industry, covering high-performance Grades 42, 52, 60, and 70. Jitu Milan Steels provides these plates in various conditions, including as-rolled, normalized, and thermomechanically processed, to ensure reliability in critical infrastructure.

For API 5L X grades, we adhere to more rigorous requirements where rework is prohibited and standard rolled grades are not permitted. We prioritize material toughness, particularly for sour service and high-pressure environments. To maximize impact strength and prevent segregation, we strictly limit sulfur content to a maximum of 0.007%, ensuring superior durability for every project.
