Dead Soft Quality Plates

Dead Soft Quality (DSQ) Plates are specialized low-carbon, low-silicon steel plates engineered primarily for the fabrication of galvanizing kettles and tanks. At Jitu Milan Steels, we ensure these plates are produced under strict quality control to maintain the durability required for containing molten zinc. Typically available in heavy thicknesses like 50 mm for industrial kettles, they are also manufactured in thinner ranges from 2.84 mm to 4.70 mm for specialized applications.

These plates are highly versatile, supporting fabrication processes such as machining, drilling, and forming. They are essential components in systems involving combustion equipment, burners, and refractory materials. To preserve their material integrity, DSQ plates should be stored in controlled environments between 5°C and 25°C.
