Wear Resistant Steel Plates
Wear Resistant (AR) Steel Plates are designed for high-abrasion environments, featuring a nominal hardness of 400 to 600 HBW. Jitu Milan Steels provides a full range of grades, including 300, 400, 450, 500, and 700 Brinell. These plates combine extreme surface hardness with reliable weldability and impact toughness, making them essential for components subjected to constant friction and impact.
Using abrasion-resistant steel significantly extends the service life of machinery, improving safety and reducing maintenance costs. For example, 400 HB steel is three times harder than mild steel, making it ideal for bulldozers, excavators, skips, and conveyors. We source our inventory from premium global mills like JFE, Nippon, Salzgitter, and Dillinger to ensure your equipment performs reliably in the toughest conditions.
We deal in all Size is from 5mm ~ 120 mm as per client's requirements.
